For nearly two decades, Charley Hannah and Mike Bartoletta have garnered national attention for their innovative designs, and local attention for raising the bar to deliver homes that satisfy on every level.
Mike Bartoletta is a structural engineer with more than 20 years of experience in building estate homes in the Tampa Bay area. He has twice been named Builder of the Year, a prestigious designation given by The Tampa Bay Builder’s Association.
Charley Hannah is a real estate broker and former Super Bowl champion. He played in the National Football League from 1977 to 1988 with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Los Angeles Raiders. He, too, has been a recipient of the Builder of the Year award.
In addition to local acclaim, the country's largest building-trade publication named Hannah Bartoletta Homes a national leader in the New Traditional School of Home Design and called our home designs “some of the best in America.”
