Cordoba Ranch is designed by horse owners for horse lovers. Developer Lance Ponton rode the property for two years before making rancher Bobby Diez a promise to keep as much of Bobby’s 1,000 plus North Tampa acreage in pristine condition for other riders to enjoy.

For horse owners and horse lovers, Cordoba’s development team has created eleven miles of accessible bridle trails winding throughout the community - around native Cypress trees, ponds, highlands and residential areas. Beautifully landscaped neighborhood roads have 20 foot wide mulched trails so you can ride your mount almost everywhere inside the community.

The equestrian center at Cordoba Ranch will provide you with an outstanding 15,000 square foot facility for stabling residents’ horses. It will feature a barn with 36 stalls managed by trained professionals; a lighted riding arena, 50 acres of turn-out, plus on-call grooms, trainers and veterinarians.
